Tradition continued as prominent, well-informed speakers again enlightened those attending the ‘Fence Lines to Corporate Board Rooms Conference. ‘
On December 8, the Farm Animal Council of Saskatchewan (FACS) presented speakers from Cargill, Tim Hortons, the California Farm Bureau, the Harker Heights Texas Police Department and the Ontario Farm Animal Council. They enabled conference participants to enhance their understanding of growing consumer interest in how food is produced.
Participants at the annual conference also learned from interacting with others participating in the conference, as well as the half-day bull management session, FACS 20th Annual General Meeting and reception, December 7. All events took place at the Saskatoon Inn.
